If you want a lively atmosphere to eat at with friends then go to Joi and get the Joi Signature which is filled with spicy tuna, shrimp, and masago and topped with tuna, spicy garlic ponzu sauce, serrano, and tempura flake. Delicious! ($18 for 8)
