Chef Jose’s journey is nothing short of inspiring! After 25 years as an Executive Chef during the pandemic he decided it was time for a change! He turned his passion for birria into a thriving business—starting from selling tacos out of his car to now being part of Boxete
His dedication shows in every bite, and I was blown away by the vegetarian and vegan options!
