Back in the day, Chef / Owner Julian of Julian's Patisserie competed on Food Network's "Cake Wars". Today his little shop in Folsom is serving some of the areas best fresh baked goods. The breakfast croissant, the almond croissant and regular croissant kicked our Friday off right.
