I love soba (buckwheat) noodles!  The soba soup was tasty and shrimp and vegetable tempuras were so crunchy.  They offer variety of sushi and sushi rolls as well.  My favorite authentic Japanese restaurant in El Segundo.

Eel and cucumber + mushroom salad was an amazing combination from Kagura. The eel was perfectly cooked and tasted so fresh. The mushroom salad was warm and a great portion.
