Kajiken has the best homemade thick noodles and sauce, imported from Japan.  My favorite dish here is their Homura Aburasoba, which contains spicy minced pork, green onions, bamboo shoots, seaweed, fish powder, chives, and raw egg yolk (can sub ajitama or poached egg). They also serve delicious rice bowls and appetizers! #FlashDashWeek1 ### anneats — 5.0/5 · Dec 23, 2024 Delicious noodles. Line can get quite long so come on a weekday and not at peak hours! ### killerbee — 5.0/5 · Mar 9, 2025 First time trying this noodle dish, is similar to ramen but eschews the broth. So good!!!😋 ### bubblyhawkdashes15 — 5.0/5 · Feb 12, 2026 Incredibly savory soupless ramen. I'm a big noodle soup fan and am always a bit dubious of soupless noodles. But boy did Kaijiken impress! So much flavor and umami in every bowl. Be prepared to queue up on the weekends, but the wait will be worth it! Service was a bit spotty and the ambience is basic. But we're all really there for the food, aren't we? Be sure to liberally add extra vinegar, chili oil, and spices to your dish - all available right there on your table. ### icymarshmallowdashes963 — 5.0/5 · Jan 30, 2026 Fire ### bubblyhawkdashes15 — 5.0/5 · Feb 17, 2026 Delicious, savory ramen noodles! Each bite was filled with rich umami flavor. I'd highly recommend a visit! ### pickybethy — 5.0/5 · Feb 22, 2026 Decent noodles, good flavor and texture. Quick in and out for lunch ### emmareviewed — 5.0/5 · Feb 23, 2026 Super yummy! Could eat these noodles everyday ### swiftgolemjumps38 — 5.0/5 · Mar 26, 2026 super delicious but a bit pricy. I got the wagyu beef and it was out of this world! ### munchwithashley — 5.0/5 · Sep 10, 2023 Had to get their dry noodles to try. They open at 11 and it was amazing. Not much of a line at this hour. But definitely recommend their wagyu over their top two. 😬
