Kaleido Rolls are like a rolled up, hand held salad in a spring roll. Very fresh, vibrant, and healthy!! You get that satisfying crunch from the freshness!! They have gluten-free rice paper and use natural ingredients. A unique variety of rolls to pick from Vegan options are available. 

Great for grab & go or for dine in. Located in Fashion Island in Newport Beach, CA.

Salads you can eat like a sandwich! 

Such a unique spring roll!! Inspired by Vietnamese rice paper spring rolls. I love the fresh, vibrant ingredients that are full of flavor! A fresh, healthy option in the food court! Hand held, rolled fresh every morning. So flavorful! So colorful!! Many varieties! The sauces are great for dipping! 

Located in the food court of Fashion Island in Newport Beach. Outdoor seating available.

Such a healthy and hidden gem that recently opened! It’s honestly such a unique and fusion take on the classic Vietnamese spring roll dish. Priced at almost $10 a serving, it makes a simple and filling snack to grab during your lunch break!

The staff was so sweet: I got to try the shrimp and the beef rolls as well; the tahini sauce is nice and I like the amount of salad in each, very healthy feeling 💚🥒🥬
