Korean Japanese Fusion. The fresh uni with korean sides and the rice is sooo good. 

Careful touching the sea urchin as it can stain your hands. 

Always fresh, always fast. I like to mix it all together and thinking about it again makes my mouth water. 

Also, the close midday so check it’s not 3-5pm when you go
