As we stepped inside, we were enveloped in a vibrant atmosphere. DJ, our server, was exceptional—his attentive and genuine service made us feel right at home. He guided us through the menu, enhancing our experience with thoughtful recommendations. Katana is special, blending modern sushi with authentic robatayaki. The robata skewers, grilled over bincho charcoals, delivered a rich smokiness that was both comforting and exhilarating. We were surprised by the grilled avocado and baby back ribs. 👌

They have a dj and we got sat outside very quickly. The server was very kind and all the employees here have great customer service. There are heat lamps so not too cold. 

I loved the sauces and the American wagyu beef. These skewers really fill me up.
I wasn't sure about the popcorn shrimp due to the miso glaze but it was so tasty. I don't even really favor mushroom but they were cooked well!
A MUST ORDER** is the shrimp Robata. Super flavorful and tasty!

The vibe is dark and swanky with a DJ spinning some not-so-dinner-friendly beats. A bit too loud and dark inside, would definitely recommend sitting outside. We had requested this, but they didn’t honor our request and had us seated in the far back corner. We never got a few things that we ordered, either. The sushi we did get was fresh at least.
