Katsubo has such a wide range of teas available and they feature a matcha monday! We tried the egg pudding sugar tea, ronin matcha tea, strawberry green tea, and grapefruit slush. Nothing but good things to say about their flavor profiles.

Really nice boba type of place. They have a bunch of options I enjoy and it's conveniently near my local grocery store. My partner really likes the yakult options which I've only seen at one other restaurant.

📍Katsubo Tea in Fullerton

Near Albertsons, I was in dire need of a matcha fix. It had been 3 weeks…I was practically going crazy. Luckily, I was in the area and was happy to see this cafe. 

Went in and was greeted, directed myself to the tablet kiosk, and ordered an Aichi Matcha Latte with their “special milk” …. It was great. Just a bit too bitter for my taste. Overall, great place!
