Kasu Nori in Pasadena is a great spot for hand rolls. Beautiful minimalist interior, super fresh fish, and everything is made to order. The service was amazing from start to finish. Best part is the value—$35 for a set of 6 hand rolls, which feels like a great deal for the quality. They also validate parking in the structure next door, which makes it even easier to stop by.

My favorite place for hand rolls… I love it all, bar seating only and first come first serve basis so it’s better with a small group.

Soooo happy they finally opened a kazunori in the SGV!!! Hand rolls are the best I’ve ever had and so affordable too. $29 for 6 rolls (toro, scallop, lobster, crab, salmon, yellowtail). Seating is limited so better to come with a party of 4 or less.
