Did I wait a REALLY long time in the rain for this? Yes. Do I wish I was eating those ribs, brisket and jalepeneo potato salad again this very moment? Also yes. 🍖 FYI the blue cheese coleslaw is VERY blue cheesy. A friend put it on their chopped brisket sandwich though and highly recommends. #austin #barbecue #foodtruck
