Tried out Kimbob Rex in La Crescenta and it was a total win. I ordered the Best Friend, Trex, Shrimp Tempura, and the 50/50 — every roll was fresh, flavorful, and felt surprisingly healthy without losing any of the taste. The variety made it fun to mix and match, and nothing felt heavy. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to when I want sushi that’s both satisfying and clean.
