The King’s Sausage food truck offers authentic Polish cuisine and can usually be found around the Las Vegas Convention Center during conventions.I’d never had a Pierogi before, so I tried the Potato and Cheese Pierogi.All Pierogi’s are served with sour cream and grilled onions. 
I cannot attest the authenticity of this dish, but it definitely pleased my taste buds!Very pricey at $15 for 4 pieces,but maybe this is the price at conventions.Check their IG page for their schedule. #FlashDashFinal
