Knuckle Sandwich has the best new sandwich in Austin and no one is talking about it. They’re located in South Austin. I highly recommend trying the sandwich called "The Knuckle Sandwich" which is a cold cuts sandwich with mortadella, capicola, and salami. All the ingredients come together perfectly but my favorite part was these crunchy cheesy Parmesan crisps that give an extra texture and crisp to the sandwich.

Love the knuckle sandwich! Also enjoyed the lamb sammie. Lots of tvs for sports and you can enjoy over 250 different bottled beverages here too.
