So so so glad Kobuta and Ookami opened a location in Redmond 🤩 I’m celebrating w/ all the Eastsiders 🥳

They literally serve the best katsu in Seattle!!! We’ve tried the katsu curry, katsu nabe, and mozzarella katsu - all SO good 😍

Great spot for katsu! Choose your cut of pork and how you would like it to be prepared - as regular katsu, miso katsu, nabe katsu, oroshi katsu, tomato and cheese katsu, katsudon, nanban, or curry katsu! There is something that will satisfy your appetite
