Imo this is the best ramen in Sac! Kodaiko is owned by Chef Billy Ngo, owner of Kru and a well-known local chef.

✨ Mushroom paitan $15: I genuinely think this is the single best ramen dish in the city. It’s a thick, creamy cashew broth and is BURSTING with flavor. Topped w/ pork belly (can be made veg), ajitama, and shrooms.
✨ Citrus shio $15: Lemon shio broth with chicken
✨ Brussels sprouts $8: Crispy brussels sprouts in a chili-caramel sauce with cashews, mint, & crispy rice. INCREDIBLE.
