Went to kodō for #dineLA and had a four course meal for $75. While the service and ambiance were excellent, I felt that $75 was not a great value for what we received. For $75, I was hoping dessert would be included. The steak was also very fatty and a bit salty. Overall, not the greatest dineLA experience but I’d go back to try other dishes. The cocktails and desserts were probably my favorite.

Fish were fresh and uni and wagyu selection was top notch. Cocktails were also stellar!

Kodo is a cozy and modern cafe in LA. They recently launched their lunch menu and I loved it! I got the Rib Eye Yakiniku Don Buri which includes a warm miso soup. It’s full of flavor and it’s good amount of serving.
