Koi is a hidden gem in Seal Beach that serves authentic Japenese cuisine.  I like to sit at the bar and order Omakase and let the chef do his magic. Never disappointed dining here.  As you can see by the video, beautiful presentation and quality sushi.  More expensive then your average sushi place, so save this one for a treat.
