Arthritic Chinese/Hong Kong style food.  This place has outdoor seating in the front and the back of the restaurant.  Interior is clean with  traditional Chinese decorations.  

They serve dim sum all day long and also have traditional dishes to share with family & friends.  Their food is delicious and served piping hot.  Service is good and everyone speaks English.

If you come during M-F, they have specials during the week.
