Kojin 2.0 recently opened up in Coral Gables. The cuisine is Modern American with Japanese techniques, and curated toward seasonal ingredients. The delicious menu will be constantly changing to offer the best dishes to foodie diners who appreciate thoughtful and intentional dishes.

The ever changing a la carte menu is small but mighty, highlighting the freshest offerings of the moment, but the best way to enjoy Kojin 2.0 is to go off-menu and order a chef's tasting.
