Kolachi is a Pakistani restaurant with a simple menu with bold and incredible flavors.

They have been in business for a little under a year and are open 7 days a week in the heart of the East Village.

Here is everything I tried:

Chicken Roll
Beef Roll
Diesel Fries

Dips:

Maple syrup
Lemon Garlic Mayo 
Mint Cilantro and Chutney

My favorite was the Beef Roll and I loved dipping it into the Maple Syrup. The perfect balance of spicy and sweet!
