Before mastering the grill, Chef Atsushi Kono was a former B-boy & DJ in Japan—a rhythm that now translates to his precision behind the binchotan. His beak-to-tail philosophy is poultry as high art, utilizing up to 13 different parts of the chicken. it’s moody, it’s intimate, and a total NYC must-visit. *Plus, if it's cool enough for Nas' 50th bday
