Originally from Japan, coffee jelly (コーヒーゼリー) is a popular dessert known for its special texture and the delightful combination of coffee flavor and sweetness. Living in Seattle, the coffee capital of the Pacific Northwest, two passionate designers, along with a talented chef based in Osaka, Japan, came together to recreate this beloved dessert.

It was my first time trying jelly coffee at Koto Jelly Coffee - Seattle’s first and only Japanese Jelly Coffee.
They have so many options to choose from and since I love matcha, I tried matcha jelly coffee with matcha affogato
