There’s a large variety of sushi and small plates that revolve past your seat, letting you try many different flavors. You can also order from your screen and your food will quickly zoom to you table. Feed the machine your empty plates as you finish them and the screen will show some cute cartoon to keep you entertained. After feeding the machine 15 plates, a little toy will pop out. I thought the food was really good and I got to try uni here as well.

At Kura Sushi in bellevue, get your sushi either from the conveyor belt, or from the ordering screen that express delivers sushi right to your table! Their menu boasts about 200 items ranging from nigiri, rolls, temaki, gunkan, kitchen items, and more. The green plates are $2.95 each, and other menu items vary in price. Wait time is still high due to their recent opening, so plan accordingly!

My personal faves were the seared scallop w/ kewpie, seared salmon w/ miso cream, bluefin toro

Pick your own sushi is such a cool concept and a very innovative way to try out so many different types of sushi!!! As you can see in the video, there are tons of options and even make veggie options upon request!
