What a wonderful experience at this unique omakase restaurant in Tustin! The presentation and service were a delight. The chef was on point with all of the menu items. Would definitely go again for another celebration.

Nice, calm environment and pleasant chefs and wait staff.  Lunch omakase menu was $68 before tax.  Fish was fresh and the presentation was lovely.  A versatile place, good for business discussions or dates.

Highly recommend Kuramoto if you’re looking for quality sushi. Everything is fresh and well-prepared, but one standout that feels a bit under-the-radar is the raw octopus sashimi. It’s incredibly tender and clean in flavor—easily one of the best bites of the meal. A great spot if you appreciate thoughtful sushi beyond the usual rolls.
