Go-to for cumin lamb! 

I’ve been a supporter and huge fan of Kusan Uyghur Cuisine in San Jose over the years, so I’m glad to see the owners expand and create an upscale dining experience around the Bay Area at Kusaan Bazaar in Milpitas and in Mountian View. 

My favorites of course are the mutton stew and cumin lamb dishes. They have winning recipes for everything like signature tomato soup with dumplings, beef cumin chao mian, big plate chicken and flavors are always consistent.
