the carnitas taco plate that came with two tacos, rice and beans. The tortillas were corn based and of the thicker variety which I really liked! A nice chew to it. The filling was pork shoulder, avocado, tomatillo salsa, cilantro, and pickled carrots and onions. The meat was really tender, flavorful and plentiful. I loved the pickled carrots to cut through the richness. The taco was a little wet, probably from the meat and/or salsa but the taco held up. Just be prepared with napkins.
