LA Barbecue! 

Female-owned and Michelin-rated — and it shows. The brisket is buttery, the sausage snaps just right, and the flavors are bold and smoky. Easily one of the best BBQ spots in town.

La barbecue was delicious and it really is a stop you have to go when you’re in Texas. I loved the Mac and cheese, so velvety and rich. Their barbecue sauces are unique in that a lot of them are vinegar based! Not the barbecue sauces that you’re usually used to.
