Located inside the food court in the Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Venetian hotel, LA Brisket serves a variety of smoked meat bowls and sandwiches along with sides such as Waffle Fries, Mac Salad and Potato Salad. It was my first time here, and I opted for the Brisket Bowl, on the recommendation of a friend, and it didn’t disappoint! The brisket was flavorful and tender, and the portion was generous, all at a reasonable price, especially for The Strip.FYI they serve garlic rice only.Hidden gem!
