Homemade tortillas makes it feel like home.

This place is small and quiet. Could be easily missed. The have really good handmade tortillas and awesome daily specials (except Saturday). I recommend the crispy tacos and al pastor. However, Inhear their burritos go hard and the mole is out of this world!

A hidden gem right on Burnet - Cocina de Consuelo is another local favorite because of their homemade flour tortillas! Last time I checked, their tortillas are vegan and the beans/veggies are cooked in oil (not animal lard). I LOVE to order breakfast burritos to-go when I'm in the area. Here's what I order in mine:
