This restaurant was SUCH comfort food for my husband and I, as we recently spent 9 months in South/Central America — one of the months being spent in Peru🇵🇪. We grew an absolute LOVE for Pisco Sours & Ceviche. And for the first time since our time in Peru, we experienced those authentic flavors & details. La Mar’s head chef, @gastonacurio knows what he is doing.
