If you haven’t heard, the birria taco dip is in Austin.

Birria is traditionally a goat stew, but this restaurant makes it using beef and let me tell you it is good. You order a side of consume (broth) and take your taco on a dip. Its so good.

They also have a quesotaco which uses grilled cheese as a taco shell for your birria. It’s so good they usually sell out fast so get there early! Parking is limited (gas station).
