Pay by the pound Brazilian BBQ! Get as little or as much as you like. Just be careful, the pounds add up a lot quicker than you think!

I swung by La Vaca Brazilian Grill at the Century City Mall food court, and it was such a great find! Everything is served by weight, from the fresh salads to the hot dishes, so you can mix and match exactly what you want. I decided to go with the Alcatra cut, cooked medium rare, and it was absolutely perfect—so juicy, tender, and full of flavor. If you’re craving high-quality Brazilian food on the go, this spot definitely hits the mark. Highly recommend checking it out!
