local halal noodle place in Kearney Mesa, wide range of delicious eats including chopped beef sandwich, beef noodles, lamb satay and many more noodle dishes. lots of seating. services is fast but they don't come by much so tough to get water refills.

delicious jiang su chicken noodles that we shared! the flavor was amazing, sauce was mala spicy with sichuan peppercorn. the portions are great, and they give a lot of meat. love this place for some solid noodle dishes!

The best freshly made noodles, and fun to watch!
They have a new cold noodle soup for the summer and it's so refreshing.  The shrimp hand pulled noodles are always good, and we always get a plate of cold dishes- this time potato shreds, cucumber and celery w/beancurd skin.

Noods so fresh they make them while you watch!
We missed Green China Grill, so today we came back for the noods done 2 ways.  We got hand pulled noodles in a soup with sour cabbage and beef, and some chewy hand sliced noodles fried up with some chicken and veggies.  We couldn't pass up the trio of cold dishes either - yummy cucumber, pickled celery, and tofu noodles all with that Xian flavor of vinegar and chili 😋
