The Chuckwagon Flat Iron Steak is something I’ve ordered before and it is just as delicious as the last time I ordered. The steak was cooked to a good medium rare and seasoned amazingly leaving it tasting great with or without the wine sauce. The spinach was a nice soft and salty with just a hint of a snap when biting. Balancing with a mash that was plain, but gets its flavor more from either spreading the chili butter or just with the fried onions.
