100% vegan and kosher certified too! Took my meat-eating friends along, and it did not disappoint. No one left hungry. Escargot made from wood ear mushrooms in parsley garlic butter and melted gruyère. Calamari made from trumpet mushrooms. Ravioli with truffle cream and black caviar — all plants. All amazing. Le Basque in NYC is redefining what vegan food looks like — French-Spanish fine dining in the heart of Union Square. 100% Vegan. 100% Kosher. 100% Unbelievable.
