Small cafe shop with drinks and toast. I got the latte and the avocado toast with egg. Both were good. Service was friendly.

Service was amazing. The chipotle chicken sandwich was good. The drinks were tasty as well. We ordered a chai latte and iced matcha.

friendly service, just enough seating, lots of people working on their laptops around. can take a while if they're busy, but very cute spot. you can find parking in the back.
