With three locations in HTX (Med Center, Galleria,+Memorial), you have the freedom to eat at whichever spot you want 😉. Not only does Liberty Taco do tacos...there's also quesadillas, salad bowls, chips n dips, ETC. If you're a breakfast Taco person, good news, served ALL DAY long! Had their KOGI BEEF TACO(sesame soy marinated ribeye topped with napa greens, kimchi aioli, toasted sesame seeds)and their SUMMER ROASTED VEG. I NEED to try the BFAST TACOS next
