The roasted pig has the crispiest skins I've ever had and the flavor is spot on. Their roast duck is also a favorite of mine, with the meat being so juicy and delicious it's hard to go wrong with either choice!

​Lien Hoa is a legendary cash-only staple in Little Saigon for a reason. Their roast duck is the standout—perfectly marinated with five-spice, featuring a beautiful deep-red, crispy skin and incredibly juicy meat. Unlike other spots, they serve it in a tray with a generous pour of savory duck sauce. The roast pig (Heo Quay) offers that addictive, glass-like crackling skin and tender fat, though it’s best to arrive early before it sells out or the leaner cuts get a bit dry.
