A gourmet sausage eatery located in Atwater Village featuring 24 international beers on tap. 

A brew and a link are the perfect treat when you're looking for sustenance and libations. Our handmade bolillo bun is toasted and envelops your choice of link and two toppings in a fluffy cloud that melts in your mouth. 

Try the traditional hot, Italian pork or be adventurous and try the pheasant with cognac. Your choice of two toppings include sweet peppers, grilled jalapeño, sauteed onions, sauerkraut, spicy mixed pickles, sliced tomato, sliced onions, romaine lettuce, muenster cheese, medium cheddar cheese, pickled beets, chorizo shallots garlic and sauteed onions. Need more than two toppings? Top away, as additional toppings are only $.50 each. We also offer vegan links. 

Our triple dipped Belgian fries are not to be missed. A week-long preparation process makes these a delight for your tastebuds.
