For me, the perfect potatoes exist at a cute little shop called Little Aloha. Perfectly crispy tater tots doused in house-made spicy mayo. To add a classic Hawaiian flare, they also add araré rice cracker mix, which brings these tots to the next level!! The geniuses who created this recipe and made potatoes even harder to resist!
