Local Cafe in Plano with generous portions, super friendly and congenial staff and the owner Gus helps make the food! Review Below⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Veggie Omelette (8/10) - tasty but a bit dry and the avocado became brown too quickly
Hash browns (8/10) Pretty good, Average taste
Waffle (10/10) Excellent texture and taste, house made strawberry topping made it even more delicious
Hollandaise Sauce: 9/10, excellent texture, paired well with eggs, toast and hash browns, it needed more flavor/salt
