We use labor intensive techniques using Arizona white oak, pecan, pistachio and mesquite firewood in smokers that we designed using all of our knowledge about what it takes to create amazing barbecue.

People from all over the countey claim this place has the best bbq! Get here early because they sell out. We got brisket, a giant beef rib, & smoked pecan pie. It was fantastic. We did wait in line in 95° for about 40 minutes & people kwpt showing up. This place is in the middle of junk yards, but has opened a real restaurant in N Phoenix. Plates & sandwiches are $18. Get some!!
