Pan-Fried Bun is one of the most buns from Shanghai, China. Instead of steam buns, we found out that pan-fried is a better way to make it. We keep the soupy style from Xiaolongbao with the panned crispy bottom, which gives the best experience of tasting.

Went to Little Pan to grab some dinner with my friend. Unfortunately the Pan fried buns weren't as hot but I really enjoyed the mini pan friend buns with chili sauce! Dan Dan noodles were not spicy but still good.

Ok food at ok prices. Spicy pork dumplings are definitely spicier/more vinegar than DTF. Nice crispy bottom on them.

Little Pan was not as good as the previous times we went. The beef roll was cold and not crunchy. The pan fried buns were just okay. I did not leave feeling satisfied.

The bento box is an amazingly good deal as well at $15: chicken katsu is juicy & crunchy, kimchi and cucumbers are delicious and refreshing, just the soup is mid
