Pan-Fried Bun is one of the most buns from Shanghai, China. Instead of steam buns, we found out that pan-fried is a better way to make it. We keep the soupy style from Xiaolongbao with the panned crispy bottom, which gives the best experience of tasting.

This is a nice pan fried dumpling place near USC campus. They’re in Tuscany Apartments. The food is very yummy. Pan fried dumplings are signature. Price is not cheap but that’s quite typical near USC.

Come with us to Little Pan located near USC. We got some mini fried bun with Jasmine soy milk, some juicy pan fried buns with a fun instruction on the wall how to eat it, rainbow dumplings, Dan Dan noodles, sweet and sour cucumbers, oxtail soup with tomato and spicy pork buns. The buns were definitely our favorite and my daughter especially liked the mini fried bun on top of the jasmine soy milk and the Dan Dan noodles! #dumplings #noodles #USC

Delicious pan fried buns wait you at Little Pan! Choose from a variety of fillings like Pork, Shrimp, Curry Pork, and more! They even have Chocolate dessert buns! We also got their noodles and beef pancake which were both delicious!

The dumpling are super delicious and juicy I most definitely would go back again just to get the mini dumplings they didn’t have the tea which was a bummer but beside that the dumplings was 🔥
