Burrata, bacon, bread and booze.  That’s the 4 major food groups right?! My @longmanandeagle brunch order was highly praised by my server Nick.  The burrata came with blood oranges, mandarins, chili, olives and focaccia.  The bacon was peppered.  I sipped on a Do You Even Boulder Bro? (I don’t boulder btw) but I could still enjoy the Appleton Estate Rum, Sacred Bond Brandy, Lustau East India Cream Sherry, lemon, ginger and Aspall Dry Cider.  Then dessert was a Nom de Pom
