I stopped in to this coffee shop for a quick breakfast sandwich and latte. locally owned, locally roasted, and individually sourced beans from specific farmers with their names on every bag. keeping the money on the small level for each individual aligns with my values, but only if the coffee and the food is good. and it was quite delicious! tough to make a bad croissant sandwich, but also tough to make a great one. they land somewhere in the middle.
