Great shop owned by a passionate chef who learned his recipes from his mom! They have over 12 options of empanada and their beef stroganoff is yo die for! Highly recommend. Save for later 😉

This time we got 2 beef, 2 pizza, 1 spring roll empanadas and 2 banana Nutella’s. We could not finish them. It’s so filling and delicious

Finally got to try this place and it lived up to the online reviews hype. Just got one empanada to try and it was $3 well spent for a perfect texture/crisp pocket loaded with meat! 

Chili verde fries were good but needed a little more chili - fries have an awesome crisp there!!! 

Tri tip sandwich was hugeeee - fed two people. Will absolutely be back. Parking on the side is limited and weird, hole in the wall gem for sure with comfortable booth seating.

2/22/26 Lord Empanada Monrovia, CA... Met up with a long time friend and we had a great time and good foods here! We ordered a TriTip Sandwich and 4 different Empanadas to share. The Empanadas were chicken, beef, spinach & cheese, and birria. The TriTip was cooked perfectly and all the Empanadas were so tasty! My favorite was the birria with the consommé. We had great conversation and were not rushed. Service was good! Can't wait to go back!!!

Tasty empanadas but pricy $4 for the size - the $20 paparadelli pasta is reasonably priced and quite tasty for $20
