Los Reyes Casa Mexican Food in Old town San Diego this place is known for the ridiculous huge Margaritas they are delicious they also have tons of MOCKTAIL friendly drinks. 
Either arrive early or wait a long wait for a table but its definitely worth the wait they also have outdoor music entertainment bring some change to tip the musicians.
