Lost Bean is our favorite spot for Lattes + Light bites.
Many egg + quiche options, breakfast burritos + we LOVE their avocado toast with hard boiled egg.

Zebra Mocha for the win! We love the Lost Bean + Vine in the heart of Tustin off Newport Ave + Old Irvine Blvd.  The parking can be tricky here during the day but the service and awesome brews and staff quickly make up for it!

Lost bean is the OG Tustin coffee shop.  Great spot for remote workers, students and locals.  They have a killer breakfast selection.  My fave is the Zebra Mocha 🦓☕️ - only 4️⃣⭐️ because parking sucks

I’ve been to multiple The Lost Bean locations (Tustin, Irvine) and have always enjoyed the high-quality food and drink, as well as the friendly, authentic service. My vanilla latte and turkey pesto panini with roasted tomato were both delicious, and I hope to try some of their baked goods next time. This location is in a shopping complex with sufficient outdoor parking.
